Teething Ring
We love these hand-made wooden tethers because they’re a safer alternative to plastic or silicone. The wooden beads are food-grade and make just the right amount of noise to not annoy the adults in the room. And, the “bunny ears” are easily removable when they need a bit of freshening up.
The ears are made from repurposed vintage Guatemalan Huipil skirts, and sewn by a Hispanic cooperative in the DMV.
-
“Ears” are 100% cotton, and the beads are pure Maple wood rubbed with coconut oil.
Wash the wooden beads with mild soap and oil with olive or coconut oil as needed. The “ears” can be removed and washed with your next load of laundry.
Origin: Guatemalan fabrics, American wood, Handmade in Washington DC.
