Shipping

Signature Collection Items

We do our best to ship your goodies off to you as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that these pieces are being made by independent artisans and are often made to order. We have individually noted specific items which have a 2-3 week wait time on their individual product listings, so please be sure to read the product descriptions for more details if you have a specific time need. Generally, we are able to ship most items within 3-5 days of your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation when they’ve left our studio. We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments unless specifically noted, which are generally delivered within 3-5 days of shipment. We’re incredibly grateful for your understanding if your package is delayed getting to you, and if you have any questions at all about shipping times, please feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help!


Pop-Up Collection Items

Our virtual pop-ups are a unique way for us to directly connect you with an artisan for a special, limited collection. At the end of the 72-hour sale, your item will be made just for you and then shipped to you from our studio once it’s completed. Obviously, this means there is some variation in shipping times depending on the individual artisan and item, and some pieces might take as many as 4 weeks to be shipped. We’ll do our best to be up-front with estimated wait times at the beginning of each pop-up, so please be sure to check the item listings for more specific information. Most of our collaborations are done with artisans outside of the United States, and so international shipping and import issues sometimes pop up as well. We will do our best to keep you up to date along the way, but we ask for your understanding as part of this collaborative process.



Returns

Because of the hand-made and made-to-order nature of most of our items, returns are generally not possible. However, it is hugely important to us that you are as thrilled with your new goodies as we are, so if there is any problem, damage, or defect with something you’ve received, we want to do everything possible to make sure you’re satisfied.
